Big Buck Tournament Rules

The contest will run from 10/01/06 thru 01/01/07 and will consist of two divisions, Bow and Gun. All entrants must be members of the Grand Rapids Steelheaders. Entry fee is $5.00 per person, per division and must be received before shooting your deer. All entries must be legal bucks taken in compliance with DNR rules. After taking your buck, contact your chairman to get the rack scored. Scoring will be as follows: 1 pt. per inch outside beam dimension to nearest 1/8 inch and 1 pt. per each antler point (1" lg.). Cash awards will be given in each division as follows: Biggest Rack 50%, 2nd Biggest Rack 30%, Smallest Rack 20%. Awards will be given at the January awards meeting. Entry fee can be paid at the meeting or mailed to the chairman:
